This site is dedicated as a memorial for the late F16VPA member Major Brison "Moose" Phillips who was tragically killed in a F-16 crash during an air show in Kingsville, Texas March 19th, 2000. He was a great USAF officer with more than 2,000 flying hours in the Viper and a great asset to the Viper community. Some words of those who knew Moose:

"He was a great warrior and will be greatly missed." - Rich "Duck" Duckworth, 9AF Demo Pilot who handed over the job to Moose

"We lost a great member in the F-16 community." - Maj. Darryl "Egg" Smith, 523FS Cannon AFB

"He was one of the most liked guys I ever knew. We spent many long nights in Turkey together; he was the definition of 'great guy'." - Capt. Paul "Buster" Delmonte, 466FS Hill Reserve

For his baby son, Nolan, a memorial trust fund was established. To help him and his wife, Shannon, any donations would be greatly appreciated. Checks can be sent to the following account:
